BBONAFIDE TAR CO. is a future generation science & technology venture. We BONAFIDE TAR CO. , Manufacturer of all types of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion, Coldmix Binder, Blown Bituen & Coal Tar By Products & Supplier of Bitumen since last 10 years. We have our own fully automated factory (12 -14) ton per hour manufacturing capacity with a group of experienced technical and commercial staff.

We have our own Blown Bitumen Manufacturing unit also as well as.

  • We started our journey of serving the Road Construction Industry with Bonafide Trading in 2011.
  • Bonafide Trading was dealing with Bitumen retail sale and manufacturing of cationic bitumen emulsion with a manual plant.
  • Bonafide Tar Co. started its fully automatic plant in 2018 at Singur, Hooghly

Our Emulsion Plant and Its Advantages

With a smart PLC driven process line and world-class high shear Colloid Mill (from BWS, Germany), our well-equipped emulsion plant sets the standard for precision and quality in the industry.This plant has a daily capacity of 120 MT and an annual capacity of 25,000 MT. It produces all known bitumen emulsion types ranging from the simplest tack-coat to the high-tech slurry emulsion. The in-house R&D and Lab unit is capable of examining, testing, analysing and ensuring highest standard of quality.

  • We have 4 Raw material storage tanks with capacity 40 MT each; Total raw material storage capacity:160 MT With 7 tanks of capacity 40 MT each, our finished goods storage capacity is 280 MT.
  • The close proximity of Haldia Refinery (Indian Oil Corp.) which is our main and only source of raw material is an added advantage to
    our plant as we can use bulk VG10 grade of bitumen supplied directly from Haldia refinery.

Our R&D LAB

  • The Laboratory is equipped to test incoming raw materials and finished goods.
  • Once the lab results match the specifications of the supplied raw materials, we proceed with pilot batch plant tests.
  • During the production process, we keep collecting samples of semi-finished and pilot batch emulsions for further testing. This further strengthens the accuracy of the results in the final product.
  • After these two steps are complete, the Quality Control & Research Department advises the Production Department to go ahead with processing in bulk quantities.

Our Testimonials
